Job summary

The Tier 3 SEME Field Service Representative (FSR) at TRECIG serves as the senior technical authority responsible for diagnostics, integration, maintenance, and operational support of complex SEME systems in garrison and deployed environments. The FSR ensures system readiness and acts as the liaison between field operations and engineering teams with government interfaces.

Role requires minimal supervision, seasoned troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support mission-critical systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience as IT Technician or IT Certification preferred (Cloud+, Security+, GCISP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of data privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostics and maintenance for SEME systems.
• Lead system integration, testing, and validation for upgrades.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Provide on-site technical support for system operation and repair.
• Train Tier 1 and Tier 2 field staff.
• Prepare weekly status, trip reports, and travel updates.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and TRECIG standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and logs.
• Support deployed operations including weekend/on-call.
• Interface with engineering teams to resolve issues.
