Job summary

TRECIG LLC in Fort Campbell North, KY seeks a Tier 3 SEME Field Service Representative to serve as the senior technical authority for advanced diagnostics, integration, maintenance, and operational support of complex SEME systems. This role operates with minimal supervision across garrison and deployed settings, engaging with SOCOM component commands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as an IT Technician or IT Certification preferred (Cloud+, Security+, GCISP).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; knowledge of data privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert providing support to the assigned SOCOM component command.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex system failures.
• Provide on-site technical expertise for system operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Lead system integration, testing, and validation for new components and upgrades.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Ensure operational readiness and system availability to meet mission requirements.
• Interface with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, logs, and reports.
• Train and mentor Tier 1 and 2 Field Service Representatives.
• Support deployed operations including on-call for critical failures.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and organizational standards.
• Prepare program deliverables and status reports while traveling.
