Job summary

TRECIG LLC in Tampa, Florida seeks a Tier 3 SEME Field Service Representative (FSR) to serve as a senior technical authority for advanced diagnostics, integration, maintenance, and operational support of complex SEME systems. The role requires minimal supervision and supports SOCOM components in garrison and deployed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience as IT Technician or IT Certifications (Cloud+, Security+, GCISP) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of data privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for SOCOM component command support.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Provide on-site technical operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Lead system integration, testing, and validation for upgrades.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Ensure operational readiness and system availability.
• Interface with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, logs, and reports.
• Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Field Service Representatives.
• Support deployed or contingency operations, including on-call.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, host nation, and TRECIG standards.
• Prepare program deliverables: weekly trip reports and daily 5W updates.
