Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Project Manager for Self-Perform Work (SPW) in Texas to lead SPW teams and ensure high-quality project delivery. You will coordinate SPW activities, manage subcontractors, and align work sequences with field requirements to meet schedule and quality targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of construction or project engineering experience, with 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop SPW project teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversee end-to-end SPW execution, monitoring progress and addressing escalated issues.
• Approve procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Communicate SPW status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with expert means and methods.
• Manage project costs, forecasts, budgets, and contracts to meet financial targets.
