Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with SPW project teams and resolves escalated issues.
• Oversees procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced SPW knowledge.
• Evaluates SPW project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting and forecasting to support financial control.
