Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned SPW Project Leader to manage self-perform work teams and align SPW activities with project goals. You will oversee procurement, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure schedules and budgets are met across complex projects in the Atlanta area.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in a related field and extensive construction experience, with 1–2 years in a managerial role and OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW project personnel.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with SPW teams.
• Oversees procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluates SPW project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW project documentation for compliance and cost forecasting.
