Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled SPW-focused professional to facilitate self-perform work within construction projects. You will collaborate with SPW crews and supervision to integrate scopes with plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, reviewing drawings, and driving efficiency and safety on site. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 4–6 years of construction engineering experience are expected, with OSHA 30 preferred and 6-month completion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Reviews moderately complex technical aspects of self-perform work scopes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and SPW benchmarks.
Coordinates with SPW project managers and crews to resolve technical challenges ensuring productivity and progress.
Reviews SPW drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with goals.
Implements SPW project controls, including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
Prepares SPW progress reports and field logs for stakeholders.
Identifies and mitigates risks related to SPW crew safety, equipment utilization, and material logistics.
Supports less experienced SPW team members in resolving project issues.
