• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with SPW project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitors progress, addresses escalated issues, and ensures timely completion and budget control.
