Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field supervision.
• 5 years of experience leading SPW scopes, trade operations, or multi-project teams.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPW scope execution across the business unit, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
• Partners with preconstruction, get work, and project leadership to support pursuit strategy, pre-selling of SPW scope work, and interview preparation.
• Oversees SPW staffing strategies, workload planning, and resource allocation to support pursuits and active projects across the business unit.
• Reviews and guides SPW estimating approaches, labor strategies, and risk considerations to support informed decision‑making.
• Oversees SPW project performance, including production trends, forecasting, change management, and financial outcomes, and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Ensures SPW field leadership engagement in project planning, scheduling, constructability reviews, and execution planning.
• Manages and develops SPW project managers, superintendents, and other SPW leaders, supporting performance management, career development, and retention.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

5 years leading SPW scopes, trade operations, or multi-project teams

10 years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field supervision

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (within 6 months of hire)
