DPR Construction in the United States seeks a seasoned SPW project leader to oversee self-perform work teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality results on complex programs.

You will coordinate SPW scopes with subcontractors, monitor progress, resolve escalated issues, enforce safety, and mentor staff while driving alignment with DPR standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops SPW project individuals to achieve performance and talent development.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with project teams and escalated issues.
• Oversees procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluates project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW documentation for compliance and supports cost forecasting and financial control.
