Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Senior Staff leader to shape the segment portfolio for Emerging Applications and Technologies. You will align market needs with technology roadmaps and coordinate across Architecture, Marketing, Product Groups, and Engineering.

You will analyze trends, develop business cases, and guide investments from concept to launch. Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, or Solution Management.
• Strong understanding of system-level solutions and technology-driven markets.
• Experience developing business cases and investment proposals.
• Ability to work effectively across global cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the assigned segment.
• Identify growth opportunities, priority applications, and key use cases.
• Develop market assessments, business forecasts, and segment solution roadmaps.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities from regional teams and partners.
• Define solution concepts with Architects and assess technical feasibility.
• Prepare development approval packages and executive presentations.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities and monitor solution adoption and impact.
