Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, or Solution Management.
• Strong understanding of system-level solutions and technology-driven markets.
• Experience developing business cases and investment proposals.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Ability to work effectively across global cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define segment strategy and market intelligence including trends and opportunities.
• Manage solution opportunities from regional teams to commercialization.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for new system solutions.
• Drive governance, alignment, and approvals across multiple functions.
• Lead solution development from concept to launch and ensure execution.
