Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Senior Staff Segment Strategy for Emerging Applications and Technologies to define and drive the system solution portfolio. You will work with global Application and Technology Architects and regional Solution Marketing teams to identify market opportunities, translate customer needs into concepts, develop business cases, and drive solution commercialization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, or Solution Management.
• Strong understanding of system-level solutions and technology-driven markets.
• Experience developing business cases and investment proposals.
• Ability to work effectively across global cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the assigned segment.
• Identify growth opportunities, priority applications, and key use cases.
• Develop market assessments, business forecasts, and segment solution roadmaps.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize solution opportunities from regional teams, product groups, customers, and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with Architects to define solution concepts and assess technical feasibility.
• Prioritize opportunities based on market potential, strategic value, and business impact.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for new system solutions.
• Oversee solution development from concept to launch and track progress against objectives.
