Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for a partner-listed role based in the United States. You will help strategic and enterprise customers maximize the value of their security operations platform through technical consultation, integration expertise, and hands-on problem-solving.

You will build trusted relationships with security practitioners, architects, and technical leaders to strengthen platform adoption and improve customer outcomes, coordinating with Customer Success

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security industry with consultative, customer-facing experience.
• Deep technical expertise in at least three security areas (EDR, NDR, SIEM, cloud security, IAM).
• Strong understanding of detection strategies and how security tech supports operations.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform adoption and technical health metrics across accounts.
• Build technical relationships with security professionals and leaders.
• Advise on security program improvements and detection strategies.
• Expand integrations and optimize configurations to mature customer use of the platform.
• Provide technical insights for quarterly business reviews.
• Resolve complex troubleshooting and integration challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate incident responses with customers and manage technical communications.
• Identify opportunities for expansions and broader security coverage.
• Support retention and account growth with Customer Success Managers.
• Mentor junior Technical Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
