Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager based in the United States to help strategic and enterprise customers maximize the value of their security operations platform. You will provide technical consultation, integration expertise, and hands-on problem-solving to drive platform adoption and superior customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, guide security operations improvements, and coordinate responses during incidents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the security industry in consultative, customer-facing roles.
• Deep technical expertise in three security product areas (EDR, NDR, SIEM, cloud security, IAM).
• Strong detection strategies and security operations understanding.
• Prior customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, professional services, or consulting).
• Knowledge of enterprise security operations and related challenges.
• Strong consultative and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform adoption and technical health metrics across assigned accounts.
• Build strong technical relationships with security practitioners and leaders.
• Advise customers on security program improvements and detection strategies.
• Expand integrations and optimize security configurations for customers.
• Provide technical insights and support for quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate incident responses and cross-team technical efforts.
• Identify opportunities for new integrations and broader coverage.
• Support retention and account growth with the CS team.
