Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and maximize value from advanced cloud security solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Eng., TAC, or strategic/technical consulting in SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Proven enterprise relationship management and navigation of complex orgs.
• Hands-on Kubernetes deployments and container tech experience.
• Cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP; automation and DevSecOps exposure.
• Scripting and API integration to implement and troubleshoot solutions.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for execs.
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Lead solution deployments, architecture decisions, and best practices.
• Align customer objectives with technical capabilities via success planning.
• Conduct business reviews with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Lead hands-on workshops to maximize value from cloud security solutions.
• Support sales during renewals by showing measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor health, perform diagnostics, and mitigate account risks.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Support/PS to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to enablement initiatives.
