A strong track record in security/IT tech sales and executive-facing presentations is essential. Expect regional travel, renewal of existing contracts, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• College degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial sales in security/IT/tech industries.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Sell profitable sales and upgrades to Johnson Controls Commercial customers within an assigned territory.
• Develop the skills of newer sales associates as directed by Commercial Management.
• Team-sell with other Johnson Controls associates to meet customer needs.
• Renew existing customer agreements and identify new opportunities.
