Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Security Account Executive to promote and sell security services and technology within a designated territory. You will develop new commercial business and expand existing accounts while prioritizing customer retention.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of commercial sales experience in security or IT, strong presentation skills, and ability to travel locally. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of successful commercial sales experience in security, IT, or tech sales.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Ability to present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Create new market share by selling to new local commercial customers.
• Expand existing accounts with cross-sell and up-sell.
• Renew existing customer agreements and support resale opportunities.
• Identify prospects and build pipeline with referrals.
• Manage territory call plans and follow-ups.
