Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Security-focused sales leader to own revenue across data isolation, threat detection, DSPM, and identity resilience. You will build and expand multi-product opportunities within enterprise accounts, engaging CISO-level stakeholders and crafting compelling business cases.

The role emphasizes hunter-driven pipeline development, executive storytelling, and strong CRM discipline, with a focus on long-term customer relationships and co-sell partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling security to CISO/VP buyers.
• Proven track record generating own pipeline in complex enterprise accounts.
• Fluent English for customer and internal communication.
• Disciplined CRM and forecasting habits.
• Experience in co-sell / specialist selling models.

Responsibilities

• Own the Security revenue number across data isolation, threat detection, DSPM, and identity resilience; generate, carry, and close it.
• Build long-term, full-portfolio accounts and land the right first product before expanding.
• Be the security subject-matter resource in every deal; engage CISOs and VPs of Security.
• Develop pipeline through outbound, marketing, SDRs, and existing teams as a hunter.
• Create executive-grade decks and risk narratives; coordinate with partner ecosystem for co-sell.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and provide honest cadence updates.
