Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Security Solutions Architect-Enterprise Post-Sales – Federal to collaborate with field sellers and drive technical engagements across cloud and on-premises environments. You will design solutions, provide critical insights on asset and vulnerability management, and mentor customers through complex deployments.

This senior role requires strong communication, a deep security and compliance background, and the ability to travel up to 30% to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in security solutions architecture.
• Deep knowledge of asset, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and governance.
• Proven ability to engage customers and translate needs into architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support complex deals in the pre-sales stage and drive technical wins.
• Understand customer requirements and design end-to-end Qualys-based solutions.
• Identify use cases and demonstrate value gaps to close opportunities.
• Engage with prospects and customers to secure the technical win.
• Lead PoC/PoV engagements for strategic pursuits.
• Advise customers and collaborate with product management on enhancements.
• Deliver workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Travel to customer locations as needed (up to 30%).
