Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr Account Manager to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships across CCTV, IP, AV, and security sectors. You will drive sales initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Candidate must have 2+ years in security distribution sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong negotiation skills. Travel up to 75% is required; residence within the territory is preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV, security or fire industries.
Successful track record in security distribution sales.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving history.
Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills.
Ability to learn quickly, manage high call volume and think creatively.

Responsibilities

Increase Market Share by converting potential customers to ADI customers.
Strengthen current relationships by supporting customer service and educating customers on new products.
Proactively gather market intelligence and uncover growth opportunities.
Maintain positive relationships within ADI to encourage team sales and priority service.
Train customers to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
