Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr Account Manager to grow market share and build lasting customer relationships across the security, AV, and low‑voltage product space. You will uncover opportunities, deliver sales wins, and coordinate closely with service teams to ensure client success.

The role requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to travel within the territory. You will represent a leading distributor serving over 100,000 customers globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security and fire.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle high call volume and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by converting potential customers to ADI customers.
• Strengthen relationships by supporting customer service, following up, and educating on new products.
• Drive market intelligence, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver sales wins.
• Foster positive cross-team relationships to enable team sales and prioritise service.
• Deliver customer training to drive sales growth in assigned territory.
