Job summary

Cohesity is seeking an experienced Senior Security sales leader to own the security revenue in the US territory. You will work with a Security Solution Architect and the core account team to win new business and expand the portfolio across data isolation, threat detection, DSPM, and identity resilience.

You will bring 5+ years of security sales to CISOs/VPs of Security, build executive decks, generate your own pipeline, and thrive in a co-sell environment while maintaining strong CRM discipline

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling security to CISO/VP of Security buyers.
• Proven track record generating own pipeline in complex enterprise accounts.
• Fluency in cyber-resilience landscape and consultative selling.
• Ability to build executive-grade decks and business cases for co-sell models.
• Disciplined CRM and forecasting habits.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.
• Professional English for customer and internal communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Security revenue number across data isolation, threat detection, DSPM, and identity resilience for your territory.
• Build long-term, full-portfolio accounts and expand within existing relationships.
• Be the security subject-matter resource in every deal and lead executive conversations with CISOs and security leaders.
• Develop and manage your own pipeline through outbound, marketing, SDRs, and partner relationships.
• Create executive-grade decks and risk narratives and coordinate with security partners for joint pipeline.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and provide honest updates in cadence and reviews.
