Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to support UKG National Trust Bank (NTB). You will help shape and implement NTB's information security strategy, align with FFIEC requirements, and collaborate across IT and Infosec to protect data and technology assets.

Requirements include 10+ years in information security or similar senior roles, strong knowledge of NIST/ISO 27001, and experience in risk assessment, policy development, and audits. Banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Information Security, IT, Audit, or similar leadership (banking/finance preferred).
• Knowledge of information security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), risk management.
• Experience implementing security strategies and controls; familiarity with FFIEC banking rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee protection of data, IP, and technology assets.
• Develop and update security policies and incident response processes.
• Coordinate security audits, risk assessments, and regulatory examinations.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec teams to integrate security measures across NTB operations.
