Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to support the CISO in advancing information security for UKG National Trust Bank (NTB). The role interfaces with IT, IS teams and multiple departments to develop policies, perform risk assessments, and lead audits and examinations, with banking and regulatory experience preferred.

The candidate will guide security strategy, oversee data protection and technology assets, and help embed cyber security measures into NTB operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security or related senior cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO/ISE 27001, risk management, and FFIEC requirements.
• Experience writing and updating policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee security audits, risk assessments, and incident response planning.
