Job summary

UKG, a leader in workforce operating platform solutions, seeks an Information Security Manager for UKG National Trust Bank (NTB). The role interfaces with IT, IS, and executive teams to advance security policy, risk assessment, and audit readiness within a banking regulatory framework.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of security leadership, strong knowledge of NIST/ISO controls, and experience in banking compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in information security, IT, audit, or senior cybersecurity management.
• Knowledge of information security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001), risk management.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, banking compliance, FFIEC requirements.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to multi-task and adapt.
• Experience in writing and updating information security policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing information security strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee protection of NTB data and technology assets from threats.
• Develop and update security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and coordinate risk assessments.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory examinations (OCC, FFIEC).
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec teams to embed security measures across NTB operations.
• Lead ongoing security program delivery and governance.
