Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager for UKG National Trust Bank. You will help develop and implement security strategy, coordinate with IT and Infosec teams, and ensure compliance with FFIEC and banking regulations.

The role requires extensive leadership and risk management experience within the financial services sector. You will lead policy development, risk assessments, and security audits, while driving awareness programs and incident response planning across NTB.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security or related senior role.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management.
• Experience with banking compliance and FFIEC requirements.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and tech assets.
• Develop and update security policies and procedures aligned to banking regs.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead security audits and risk assessments, incident response planning.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec to integrate security controls.
• Monitor security metrics and report trends to leadership.
