Job summary

UKG seeks an Information Security Manager to support the CISO for UKG National Trust Bank (NTB). You will help implement security strategy, manage risks, and coordinate with IT/Infosec to meet FFIEC and banking regulatory requirements.

You’ll contribute to policy development, risk assessments, and audits, while guiding staff and leaders on security best practices and incident response.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security, IT, audit, or senior cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge of security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), risk management, and IT service.
• Experience with data privacy, FFIEC requirements, and banking regulation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and technology assets.
• Develop and update security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and coordinate audits and assessments.
• Lead security incident response, recovery, and investigations.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec to integrate security measures across NTB operations.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
