Job summary

UKG is hiring an Information Security Manager to assist the CISO in shaping and enforcing information security strategy for UKG National Trust Bank. You will work with IT/IS teams, update policies, and lead risk assessments and audits to align with FFIEC and banking regulations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in security leadership, strong knowledge of NIST/ISO frameworks, and hands-on experience with audits and incident response. Banking context preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security, IT, audit, or similar senior cyber role.
• Banking/finance sector experience preferred.
• Familiar with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/ISE 27001) and FFIEC requirements.
• Ability to write and update security policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and assets from threats.
• Develop and update security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify and mitigate security risks to maintain resilience.
• Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec to integrate security measures into NTB operations.
• Coordinate with NTB teams to meet compliance needs.
