Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to assist the CISO in developing and implementing information security for UKG National Trust Bank (NTB). The role interfaces with IT, IS teams, and other departments to develop policies, perform risk assessments, and support audits and examinations.

Candidates should have 10+ years in information security or related leadership roles, knowledge of FFIEC, NIST, and ISO standards, and experience with cloud security, SIEM, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in Information Security, IT, Audit, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee protection of NTB data and technology assets.
• Develop/update security policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate security risks to ensure resilience.
• Coordinate security audits and regulatory examinations.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec teams to integrate security measures.
