Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to support the CISO and develop information security for UKG National Trust Bank (NTB). You will coordinate with IT, IS teams, and departments, and contribute to audits and OCC examinations.

The role requires 10+ years in information security, knowledge of NIST/ISO 27001, FFIEC, and banking compliance, plus experience in policy development and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in information security or senior cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge of information security principles, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and risk management.
• Working knowledge of data privacy regulations, banking compliance, and FFIEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing UKG NTB information security strategy to align with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee protection of NTB data and technology assets from internal and external threats.
• Develop, update, and ensure security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Identify and mitigate security risks to ensure organizational resilience.
• Assist in managing security audits, independent reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Collaborate with UKG IT/Infosec teams to integrate security measures into NTB operations.
