Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to support the CISO in developing and enforcing security across UKG National Trust Bank (NTB). The role interfaces with IT, IS teams and business units to implement policies, manage risk assessments, and contribute to audits and regulatory examinations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in information security or a senior cybersecurity role, with knowledge of NIST/ISO frameworks, FFIEC requirements, data privacy, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in information security or a senior cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/ISE 27001) and FFIEC requirements.
• Experience with banking or financial sector regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing information security strategy for NTB.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and technology assets from threats.
• Develop and update security policies and procedures aligned with banking regulations.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; support audits and regulatory examinations.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec to integrate security measures into operations.
• Monitor security metrics and manage incident detection, response, and recovery.
• Contribute to security training programs for staff and executives.
