Qualifications

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong initiative.
• Practical mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, start-up, certify, and train customers on security projects.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine installation procedures.
• Operate and test systems, identify malfunctions, and document results.
• Collaborate with project teams and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
