Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge and implementation of access control, escort, and tour protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SPOC for incidents or emergencies.
• Monitor site surveillance camera system and report issues.
• Prepare clear and concise incident reports and follow up on actions.
