Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks a Security Manager to lead the Global Protection team, ensuring safety and a premium client experience across The Landmark. You will mentor staff, coordinate with Security Director, and drive security culture across the store.

The role partners with operations to maintain Tiffany standards, reduce shrink, and manage emergency preparedness. It requires a strong leadership presence and a focus on client service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 4 years in retail management or security.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees.
• Strong computer skills.
• Available to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor security team to maintain Tiffany protection standards.
• Optimize security coverage during peak hours and events.
• Develop external partnerships with law enforcement and security partners.
• Ensure safe operations and elevate client experience.
• Manage incidents and emergency preparedness.
