Summary

The Security Lead at the Landmark is an on-site supervisory role responsible for protecting clients, employees, and high-value assets while delivering discreet, elevated service. This role provides day-to-day leadership to security personnel, supports training and development, and drives operational excellence across multi-floor retail operations. The Security Lead partners with Security Management and cross-functional teams to maintain readiness, manage incidents, and improve security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to on-site security personnel to ensure optimal deployment and floor coverage.
• Lead by example, uphold professionalism, and enforce security protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver security training programs, onboarding, and refresher sessions for store and security staff.
• Oversee incident response, access control, and surveillance system monitoring; maintain accurate incident documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections of physical security measures and support audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Hospitality, and external partners to ensure a secure client experience.
• Identify vulnerabilities, recommend mitigations, and contribute to emergency preparedness planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field; luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to coach, develop, and influence teams.
• Strong knowledge of security systems including CCTV, access control, and incident management protocols.
• Ability to assess risk, make sound decisions, and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and move across multiple floors for extended periods.
