Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Security Lead for our Landmark location in New York.

You will guide on-site security personnel, ensuring safety, discretion, and exceptional service across all store touchpoints while protecting clients, employees, and assets. In this role, you will develop Security Leads, lead training programs, and collaborate with Retail, Operations, and Hospitality to maintain security standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of security experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Proven leadership ability with coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and incident management protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high discretion and integrity.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to on-site security personnel across floors and client touchpoints.
• Lead by example through professionalism and elevated service standards.
• Coordinate security training programs for the store and Landmark security teams.
• Develop Security Leads through mentorship and ongoing training and feedback.
• Oversee incident response, access control, and surveillance systems on the floor.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and support audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with Retail, Operations, and Hospitality teams to ensure a secure client experience.
• Contribute to emergency preparedness planning and risk mitigation.
