Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant– Security, Identity & Exposure Management (Armis) in Texas to partner with Sales and guide enterprise customers through complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges.

You will lead discovery, design, demos, POVs/POCs, and validation activities, connecting technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related technical role.
• 5+ years customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or customer support experience in cybersecurity/SaaS/enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations.
• Solid grasp of enterprise networking: routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, network segmentation.
• Familiarity with capturing network data (SPAN, port mirroring, TAPs, NetFlow).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos.
• Deploy and support proof-of-value engagements (POV/POC).
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor during evaluations and executive discussions.
• Create customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions on customer use cases.
• Support marketing events and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Travel as required (roughly 25–50%).
