Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges.

You will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POV engagements, and customer validation activities with stakeholders across security, IT, risk, and executive levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or similar tech role.
• 5+ years of customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or support experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales with enterprise customers.
• Strong cybersecurity, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling demos in virtual and in-person formats.
• Support POV and POC engagements to drive customer value.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Engage with technical practitioners and executive buyers effectively.
• Create customer-facing docs and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions on use cases and POVs.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Travel as required, typically 25-50%.
