Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges for enterprise customers. You will be a trusted technical and business advisor, connecting technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes and working with executives to advance strategic opportunities.

The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, enterprise networking experience, and robust communication

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking: routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, network segmentation.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity/SaaS/enterprise platform sales cycles with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Sales and customer validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations.
• Execute proof-of-value engagements and POCs.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor during evaluations and executive discussions.
• Create customer-facing technical docs and solution narratives.
• Lead technical trainings based on customer use cases.
• Support events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support.
• Travel 25–50% as required.
