Job summary

Compass is building a modern end-to-end real estate platform with an emphasis on security. We are seeking an experienced security professional to lead automation, IaC, and endpoint security across diverse devices and cloud identities.

You will work in a fast-growing, all-remote engineering team, shaping guardrails for AI, MCP, and third-party risks while collaborating with incident response to thwart threats in a global enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python or Go with automation focus.
• Experience with Terraform and GitOps for secure deployments.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint management and cloud identity controls.

Responsibilities

• Secure enterprise environments with safe-by-default configurations.
• Modernize endpoint management across macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux.
• Drive GitOps and IaC workflows for security configurations.
• Automate secure endpoint deployment, patching and software distribution.
• Govern AI security and MCP usage, evaluate risk from 3rd parties.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response to improve incident workflows.
