Compass, Inc. is actively hiring for a Security-focused role within its Engineering security team. The candidate will secure enterprise environments, including SaaS, endpoints, and data systems, while expanding automation and secure IaC practices.

You will partner with AI security and MCP governance, assess third‑party risks, and help build incident response capabilities in a rapidly evolving platform. The role emphasizes automation, threat modeling, and collaboration across teams to reduce risk

Qualifications

• Experience securing enterprise technologies incl. SaaS apps and endpoints.
• Strong scripting or programming skills (Python/Go).
• Hands-on with Terraform and GitOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Secure end-to-end environments including SaaS apps, endpoints, networks, and BI tools.
• Strengthen endpoint security architecture and automation.
• Drive IaC workflows with Terraform, VCS, CI pipelines and automated rollouts.
• Automate deployment, patching and software distribution securely.
• Manage AI guardrails and MCP server management.
• Assess third-party and AI risks for the enterprise environment.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response to build incident workflows.
• Iterate security controls to support growing agent populations.
