Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking a security-focused engineer to secure enterprise environments, automate security deployments, and drive AI and MCP security in a remote-first engineering team. The role emphasizes Terraform-based IaC, GitOps, and threat modeling within a dynamic real estate platform.

You will collaborate with the security and engineering teams to implement secure endpoint management across multiple OSes and integrate with cloud identity controls and incident response processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to script and automate at scale.
• Experience in securing enterprise endpoints and SaaS tooling.
• Hands-on with IaC and security automation.

Responsibilities

• Secure enterprise environments and SaaS apps with a safe-by-default approach.
• Strengthen endpoint security architecture and automation across macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux.
• Manage AI guardrails, MCP server management, and secure MPC usage.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response to improve incident workflows.
