Job summary

Compass is building a cutting-edge security engineering team focused on end-to-end platform security for a scale-out real estate tech platform. You will secure enterprise technologies, automate security tooling, and drive secure agent and endpoint deployments across diverse environments.

The role emphasizes threat modeling, IaC, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale security practices as Compass grows, with a strong emphasis on learning and responsible ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience solving security challenges in enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting or programming skills with automation focus.
• Familiarity with identity, endpoint management and IaC concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safe-by-Default environments across SaaS, endpoints, and networks.
• Modernize endpoint management across macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux.
• Drive GitOps and IaC workflows with Terraform and CI pipelines.
• Automate lifecycle security including deployment and patching.
• Govern AI & MCP security, review prompts and agent tools.
• Collaborate on detection, response and risk assessment.
