Cloudflare seeks an experienced security compliance professional to join the Customer Compliance Team. You will drive responses to complex security questionnaires, engage with enterprise customers on security topics, and coordinate audits while leveraging in-house AI platforms to speed processes and ensure accuracy.

You will curate compliance data across PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST, contribute to public security content, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Product teams to strengthen

Formación

• 5-10 years of experience in security compliance, GRC, tech audit management, or customer-facing security assurance.
• Hands-on with AI workflows, prompt engineering, or API-based automations.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of filling out complex customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and technical assessments using internal AI pipelines with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Engage enterprise customers on security topics, resolve architectural inquiries, and assist legal in security terms.
• Host and coordinate on-site and virtual customer audits, guiding them through security controls and evidence.
• Design, configure, and iterate on in-house AI tools to automate questionnaire triage and evidence retrieval.
• Structure and audit knowledge repositories for SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and global security regs.
• Collaborate to mature the Trust Portal and self-service resources for customers.
• Write and maintain public security content and white papers.
