Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a seasoned Security Compliance professional to join our Customer Compliance Team in the United States. You will help customers trust our platform by handling security questionnaires, audits, and compliance evidence, while collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Engineering to strengthen our security posture.

You’ll leverage in-house AI platforms to automate workflows, curate up-to-date regulatory mappings (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and produce clear, public-facing security

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in security compliance or related fields.
• Experience building AI-enabled security workflows.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Strong technical writing and translation skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of complex customer security questionnaires and RFPs using AI-assisted workflows.
• Engage with enterprise customers on security topics and support contract negotiations.
• Host and coordinate on-site and virtual customer audits.
• Develop and iterate on AI tools to automate evidence retrieval.
• Maintain authoritative security knowledge repositories (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
• Contribute to Public Trust Portal content and customer enablement.
