Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Compliance Analyst within the Security Organization to drive and measure security compliance across cloud platforms. You will manage certification programs, collaborate with Sales, Security, and Operations, and oversee testing and control implementation to support regulatory and customer requirements.

You will contribute to global programs (ISO 27001, PCI, SOC2) and work on cross-functional initiatives to scale compliance through AI-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision making.
• 8+ years in cyber security compliance, security risk, or auditor roles.
• Direct experience with at least three programs (ISO 27001, PCI, UK Cyber Essentials Plus, Spanish ENS, France HDS, TISAX & C5, SOC2).
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud security/compliance within big firms or security/risk practices.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate audits—certification and customer audits—onsite and remote.
• Lead audits and drive security compliance testing across teams.
