Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Security Analyst to lead customer security due diligence across cloud services. You will own security questionnaires, coordinate audits, and communicate Cloud SG's security posture to customers, partners and auditors.

You'll work with Sales, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to provide accurate, timely responses, translate technical controls into business terms, and help maintain scalable Trust Center content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, IT, CS, risk management or business.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, GRC, security engineering, compliance, IT risk, audit, or equivalent.
• Customer-facing security roles in complex SaaS/cloud environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer security questionnaires, due-diligence requests, RFPs/RFIs, and audits.
• Explain Cloud SG security architecture, controls, and certifications to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, GRC, and Engineering SMEs to craft authoritative responses.
• Identify and escalate customer requirements outside standard security posture.
