Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks a Security Analyst to manage customer security requests, respond to diligence questionnaires, and support audits. You will work with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering to communicate Cloud SG's security posture, architectures, and certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, IT, or risk management.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, security engineering, compliance, IT risk, or audits.
Experience working with Sales and customer-facing roles representing security posture.
Knowledge of GDPR, DORA, CRA, EU AI Act, and related regulations.
Experience collaborating with technical and security teams in SaaS/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Own customer security requests from intake to completion with accurate, timely responses.
Manage and respond to security questionnaires, due-diligence requests, and audits.
Explain Cloud SG security architecture, controls, and certifications to technical and non-technical audiences.
Coordinate with SMEs to develop authoritative responses and evidence.
Identify gaps and elevate outside standard security posture for review.
