Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Security Cluster Manager to lead a team protecting facilities, personnel, and operations across several sites in the northern VA area. The role emphasizes program management, regulatory compliance, and high-security operations in a data center environment.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with a polygraph, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and strong supervisory capabilities within the government contracting/security sector. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required at time of application.
• Five or more years in security management or program management is required.
• Experience in government contracting or security sector is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large security team across multiple facilities in a data center environment.
• Oversee incident response and security operations per SOW/Work Order.
• Coordinate security matters with PMO and Customer; ensure compliance with protocols.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and site-specific post orders.
• Track and report metrics for QBRs and manage security performance.
